In an
initial interview, the client and Roos explore the factors at play. Based on
their findings, they look to see whether there is a value in working together.
If this is the case, the aim and form of the programme are mutually agreed
upon. If not, Roos may suggest an appropriate alternative.
In groups as well as in individual programmes, she favours working with
exercises. Experience has shown this to be an excellent way to evoke insight. She
immediately feeds back any information to the client during the exercises.
She requires her clients to bring in a personal learning goal – a practical
problem from work or any other context.
Before Roos and her clients embark on a programme, she prepares a contract. This
sets out the objectives, the duration and the cost of the programme.
Subsequently, the contract is signed by all parties involved.
For an individual programme, the client completes an intake form.
