Roos Ikelaar was born in Amsterdam in 1955. She began her career as a social worker and after a few years she began to teach trainee colleagues at one of the Social Academies. Later, she moved into the business sector and worked as a departmental manager, project manager and consultant. At every stage, her development was underpinned by the appropriate post-graduate training.
Since 1994, she has focused on the social-emotional processes that influence people working in organisations.
Encouraged by her success and impelled by her belief in the importance of these processes, she began her own business in 1997. She now guides individuals and groups along paths of personal growth and organisational development.
In 2009, she started OTTA™, a training institute in Transactional Analysis.
She works with clients in the Netherlands and abroad.
To keep up-to-date in her professional area, she takes regular training courses herself. Her own expertise, therefore, is in continuous development.
